Shipping and Transport
The KBL Bijoux online shop only ships to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Deliveries within Switzerland are handled by La Poste, using A+ mail.
KBL Bijoux reserves the right to send parcels by registered mail if the value of the goods exceeds CHF 250, at no additional cost to the customer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs to Switzerland and Liechtenstein are free for purchases of CHF 60 or more. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of CHF 4.90 for shipping applies.
Express delivery option is available at a cost of CHF 15, to be paid by the customer.
Delivery Times
Delivery times in Switzerland and Liechtenstein are generally 1 to 3 working days from the order and payment confirmation. These times are indicative and may vary depending on item availability.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
If an item does not meet the customer's expectations, it may be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt, accompanied by the invoice and the return form. The jewellery must not have been worn and must be returned in its original condition and original packaging. Labels and protective films must not be removed. Return shipping costs, as well as initial delivery costs, are to be borne by the customer.
