Warranty
KBL Bijoux guarantees its items against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. A warranty repair does not extend the original warranty period.
The warranty excludes lost items, damage due to normal wear and tear, improper use, lack of care, accidents, and sale items. KBL Bijoux will determine whether the repair is covered by the warranty.
To benefit from the warranty, the customer must keep proof of purchase and notify KBL Bijoux of their request by filling out the contact form available on the website www.kblbijoux.ch and sending it to the email address kblbijoux@gmail.com, specifying the reason for the request.
Return shipping costs for defects covered by the warranty are borne by KBL Bijoux. The return address is indicated in the contact form and on the invoice.
In the event of a defect covered by the warranty and if the item is not repairable, KBL Bijoux offers the following options:
- Replacement with an identical item, if available in stock.
- Exchange for another item of equivalent value, subject to availability.
- Refund in the form of a credit note.
- Direct refund using the same payment method initially used.
